We had a very positive experience buying a used car in 2020, after several months with the car a chain service center told us there was a crack in the engine ! Luckily we went back to the wonderful Ossipee team who repaired , what turned out to be very minor issues at no cost, and got us back on the road with an affordable warranty . Saving us over $5K. Tundra for the win

I was so lucky to find Ossipee Trail Motors online! They had an 08 Toyota Tundra which was exactly what I was looking for! I test drove two vehicles which I had quesitons about. The mechanic took both vehicles out the next morning for a test drive and I heard back from that dealership that morning. Sonya went above and beyond in her customer service for us and was extremely pleasant to speak and work with. Will definitely be coming back when I have needs in the future!

Nice Dealership

I had a very positive experience with OTM. Very nice people who work hard.. Sonja was so really nice and helpful. I love my new-to-me Camry, and they made it easy for it to become mine. I appreciate that my sales person, Keith, went out of his way to pick me up and then wore a mask for my protection for an HOUR drive in the car, without any fuss. That means a lot to me. My only complaint was that my vehicle could have used a better wipe down, I went over the console with some wipes and pulled up a lot of grime. But it gave me a project! Thanks again!
